It takes every major and type of person to make a successful theme park. We welcome students from engineering, architecture, business, graphic design, and all other Auburn majors!!
What do we do?
As an organization, we are very interested in themed entertainment. This is just as simple as it sounds. It is anything that has a constant theme and entertains you. This can be anything from Theme Parks to Haunted Houses, Carnivals to Music Festivals, or even Museums to Opening Ceremonies. If you are interested in any of these, you are a perfect fit for TPEG!!
Goals
Our branch of the Theme Park Engineering Group has three main goals:
This is our first semester as a student organization at Auburn. We are taking large strides to get our name out in the themed entertainment industry.
- Understand the themed entertainment industry in the aspects of engineering, design, construction, and user experience.
- Highlight little known jobs and companies in the entertainment industry that people would enjoy working for after graduation.
- Partner with companies to work on projects or develop ideas for them to implement.
